We'll ask some initial
questions about you and your claim and begin the claims resolution process
immediately.

You'll be contacted by
a claims examiner - generally within the next business day of reporting your
claim - who'll answer your questions and schedule an inspection of your vehicle
(if needed). Be sure to discuss any questions you have about deductibles,
coverages or the repairs with your claims examiner at this time.

We'll inspect your
vehicle's damage and provide an estimate for repairs (if needed).

If you would like to
use one of our approved Direct Repair Network body shops (California and Nevada
only) - we can refer you to one once you speak with your claims examiner - or
you can select your own repair facility.

If you use a direct
repair network shop for repairs, we will guarantee repairs from your claim as
long as you own or lease the car.
