Bank of America and Wells Fargo bank
members may make a payment with their Debit/ATM card only if it has a
MasterCard or Visa logo. In this instance, select payment type of "Credit Card"
instead of "ATM Card". This is due to Bank of America and Wells Fargo banks no
longer participating in the STAR ATM Program. Please contact your bank directly
